Matt Porter Web Design was started in December 2002 by Matt Porter. Initially working from his home in Ipswich, Matt quickly built up a diverse portfolio of clients in the Suffolk area.  Following a work-swap agreement with a graphic designer, Matt moved the business to a office in Aldeburgh, Suffolk.

Quickly gaining customers both in the Aldeburgh area and Ipswich, Matt Porter Web Design was incorporated to form Matt Porter Web Design Limited with his wife Vanessa becoming a director of the company working closely with Matt.

After a year at the premises in Aldeburgh, it was decided to relocate back to Ipswich in order to better serve their customer base which was primarily now in Ipswich.

MPWD Limited has remained in Ipswich, now working from Basepoint Business Centre in Ransomes Europark, the company benefits from the modern amenities and fast broadband which is a must for any web design business.

In January 2010, Matt and Vanessa employed Olivia, a highly experienced PHP and Javascript coder.
